Personally, my favorite scene is tied between the end of New Moon where Bella wakes up and thinks she's dreaming, and in the middle of Eclipse when Edward and Bella share a moment on his bed.
It's all about the parts that lead up to them.
New Moon: She had this big ordeal with the Volturi and yet she cannot seem to come to terms that Edward is really there. Her mind doesn't want to believe it.
Eclipse: She just gave him a voicemail saying how bears are going to be nothing compared to her rage when he gets hom. Yet, when he's there and ready for her to go into a rage, she doesn't. She can't. Just touching him and knowing that he's there eases her anger.
And the main reason why I love these two parts! Because I'm a hopeless romantic who likes to imagine myself in those scenes.
"And in the brief moments when our lips were free, he whispered my name" Who doesn't want that?
Who doesn't want Edward to roll around with her in his bed? huh? Tell me one person!
I also liked the part where Jasper tells his story, and shows off all the bite marks up and down his arms. I love Jasper the most and I believe that this really creates compassion for him. We understand what he went through at his birth. His power has rubbed off on us a bit hasn't it?

My favorite scene is between when Edward finds her all hurt and broken and hes calling hesr name and crying tearless sobs. My other favorite part is when Edward takes Bella to the prom and she dances with her feet on his! =] Everyones wants a guy like that, or every girl does!

LupsandTnks: I gotta say, that scene in New Moon made me want to shake sense into Bella. I hated that she felt like she was dreaming I wanted her to be genuinely happy. And the bed part, that was so... so... romantic. And the way Bella is always a little unsure of herself.
My favorite scene is from Twilight when Bella confronts Edward in the car on the way home from the Italian restaurant. I like the way the conversation sort of transitions from theoretical questions to full fledged assumption about the Cullens being vampires. It just sort of happens. I also really like the actual restaurant scene. Edward is just so amazing there, the way he only has eyes for Bella and the whole deal.

Ooh, I've got a lot...
Off the top of my head, I can think of the Italian restaurant where Edward ignores the waitress, the Meadow Scene (of course...), Carlisle's story, the Baseball Game (before James' gang comes), and then every part of Volterra in New Moon...Um, and also Jasper's Story in Eclipse, when Jazzy and Edward spar, and the battle between Edward and Victoria, and Riley and Seth.
Although there are a bunch more, too...But those are just off the top of my head.

Chapter 8 of Eclipse is my favorite chapter in the series.
Pretty much because it highlights Edward's fault and perfection.
It's the last night of Alice having kidnapped Bella and Bella is (and rightfully so!) very upset with Edward. His protecting arms have become a cage and she calls his cellphone threatening him with rage!
Well, when he wakes her up with kisses and mumblings and that super sexy Edward stuff, she forgets (who wouldn't?), but before she can get riled up he does the most fantastic thing. He apologizes, admits he was wrong, tells her he trusts her judgment and then tells her how he loves her. **MELT**
That's the way to do it!
Another favorite moment of mine, comes before this. It's Rosalie's story. She's got the (2nd, imo) most complex and detailed story of all of the clan. I particularly love the part where she talks about revenge in a wedding dress. I have a burning desire to see "Rosalie's Revenge" written and directed by Joss Whedon.

My favorite scene is the one in Eclipse in the meadow when Bella is leaning against the wolf Jacob. I absolutely adore Jacob, though I do want him and Bella to be together I know that he is destined for someone else and she and Edward are meant for each other.
Anyway, its my favorite scene because of the ordinary-ness of it. And I hate that they lose each other at the end of that book. A best friend like that is hard to find. But in the moments that they are just together, and calm, it was magical in a non-romantic way.

Lordy this is tough!!!
Hummmmm...
Twilight: The Baseball Game, and actually I always kind of like the little part at the airport where Bella gets away from Jasper.
New Moon: Bella running across the plaza/piazza/whatever that's called, and also the part where she sees Carlisle's car in front of her house. When I read that the first time my heart skipped a beat...I was REALLY missing Edward by this point, and I REALLY wanted him back...But Alice was a nice surprise, too.
Eclipse: The fight scene at the end is pretty epic, although the tent scene with Edward and Jacob being all sassy and moody and stuff has some humor.
I do like the Meadow Scene, and it is pretty epic, considering it started it all, but it's really not my favorite. I also love Jasper and Rosalie telling their stories in Eclipse because for me at least, until that point, I was unable to connect with them as I had with the others. I really kind of want Esme's story to be more explained (although I know there's probably not much more to say) because she is the ONE character I don't care about. I'd like to connect to her, too. But that's a whole different discussion.
I LOVE TWILIGHT!!!

I read Twilight again last night and i found another scene i liked veryy much!
Its the scene where Bella tells Edward she doesn't think hes scary, and he playfully growls and jumps at her, but the whole time he keeps her safe by locking her in his arms. I don't know why but i really liike that part, its... really kinda sweet in a way to me.

My favorite Scene would be after Bella and Edward get ready to meet the Cullen Family and she passes out on him because of the kiss!!! It is kind of romantic!!! Plus it was cute that she thought that they wouldn't like her!!!

It's funny cause I thought most everyone would say the meadow scene.
Anyway, my favorite scene in the series so far is in New Moon. When Bella wakes up and finds that Edward wasn't a dream and he's still with her. Then she makes him take her to his house. When they get to his house, she says, "Hold on a second. I think I'm having an epiphany here."
She goes on to think, "What if you sincerely believed something was true, but you were dead wrong? What if you were so stubbornly sure you were right, that you wouldn't even consider the truth? Would the truth be silenced. . . .?" At that point she comes up with a third option as to why Edward left. An option she couldn't bring herself to see before that very moment, ". . . Edward loved me. . . And no matter how much more special or beautiful or brilliant or perfect than me he might be, he was as irreversibly altered as I was. As I would always belong to him, so would he always be mine." It's at this moment she realizes for the first time Edward does LOVE her. Up until this moment, she always thought he was just intrigued by her, fascinated by her. This moment is when she knows it's so much more. It's real.
Edward becomes a little concerned by her silence and asks what her epiphany is. She so simply states, "You love me." Then she thinks to herself, "He really did want me the way I wanted him--forever."
I absolutely ADORE this scene. The realization of true love and realizing that love is truly reciprocated is awe inspiring and emotional.

Okay, so even though these two scenes aren't my favorite by any means, I really like them because one is funny and the other is character we don't see a lot.
Reading Eclipse last night I went through the infamous "Sex Talk" between Charlie and Bella, which is short and absolutely hilarious. Then soon after Bella and Edward visit Renee. I was always kind of bummed that the visit is only described after it happens, and is only two pages or so, but I think it's really interesting that Bella describes her mom basically as one might describe a child, and that her mom basically has figured out that Edward is a vampire, without actually knowing that he's a vampire...Well, I think she doesn't actually know! Anyway, I love the way her mom describes them moving. Edward is constantly watching Bells, and Bells adjusts her body as Edward moves. I can't really picture that, exactly, but I think it's cool and I think it's interesting that Renee noticed it. I wonder if Renee's perception of things makes another appearance in Breaking Dawn.

Oh YES! LOL
That was so hilariously funny. I probably laughed for 5 minutes straight.

I am a person that liked the quiet, subtle moments in characters. And right in the beginning there is a basically non-verbal interchange between Charlie and Bella when he picks her up from the airport. I know, I know, not an Edward moment but for me it created a connection with Bella. In that one short scene we learn so much -
**she's selfless.
**she hates the idea of living with Charlie
**she sees humour even when hopelessly pessimistic (aka her comment about her dad and herself "neither of us are what people would call verbose")
**she sees the similarity between herself and her father without really acknowledging their family ties.
I love that she goes from being peeved her got her a car, to accepting the kindness to loving it. Maybe it says something about my fractured relationship with my father but in that one scene with Charlie we learn a lot about Bella. I like quiet moments, I like the introspection and I really feel for these to non-verbal individuals trying miserably to connect.
It is not a flashy scene but it drew me into the character and the series as a whole. It captured me pre-Edward and I think had it been a book without Edward I still would have read this novel about a girl living her last year of high school with her absentee Dad.
