Team Edward all the way (and my mom likes Jacob, so we get to share the fun iron-ons from Eclipse Spec. Edition)!!!

I have always been in love with "Romeo and Juliet," and I feel like Edward is this new incarnation of Romeo. So Edward wins in my book. And he feels very real, in this very fantastical way. As if that makes sense...

I don't hate Jacob, but I usually don't like him much. He annoys me. But most 16 year old boys do, so Mrs. Meyer has done her job well!!!

i could not agree with you more! edward is the idea of a perfect 'man'.

as much as some may argue about jacob, he just doesn't have as much to offer. i truly believe that bella and edward belong together throught eternity.

Jacob is a sweetheart (and a huge butthead sometimes)...But Edward is...well...Edward...

If the play was called Paris and Juliet, then I would be able to say that Jacob and Bella would belong together. But no, it's called ROMEO and Juliet. And Jacob is not a Romeo. Edward is. So, it's just... not right... to say that Bella and Jacob belong together. I think Bella would get over it if Jacob left... but Bella didn't and wouldn't.

Yesssss. Also, Mrs. M already has said Jacob did not imprint on Bella (though he tried to force himself to).

Also, on a completely different note, I see you are in Canada. I was just at Stratford, and I saw Romeo and Juliet. And it was awesome. Just thought I should mention that, since we were talking about R&J.

Anyway.

I also really don't think Leah imprinted on Jacob because the others of the pack would know, and then we would know. I vote he imprints on Jessica Stanley!

If you really think about it Bella was meant to be with Edward from the very beginning of the book before she ever laid eyes on him! Bella came to Forks already very pale even though she should have been town considering where she had moved from but she was almost as pale as Edward even in well her presence stance in Twilight. I know not everyone has read the whole sereies i have read them twice each. But Bella was meant to be a vampire! She could have never have been with Jacob. Plus as many of you have said they are the modern day Romeo and Juliet infact i fell more in love with Bella and Edward the I ever did Romeo and Juliet. But if they were in the same predicament they would have committed suicde to be together just as Romeo and Juliet in fact they almost did! I have heard a lot of people say i Don't like books about vampires but this isn't like any other vampire books or movies i have seen "Trust me i have seen them all even the black and white Movies" this is more of a love story with so many hurdles to over come!

im so totaly a edward fan! GO TEAM EDWARD! JACOBS GOING DOWN!
