Teenage love, what's unhealthy?

Do you think there is any part of Bella and Edward's relationship that is unhealthy, especially for a teenager like Bella? Is Edward a tad bit controlling? What are the negative side effects of their relationship, if any?

What is the unhealthy part about it? Yeah, maybe they are vampires but that ain't the point. The point is that they are in love with each other. They both knew it the first time they saw each other.

phinecia i disagree with u,because bella and edward loved each other and edward was there for bella and she probably just didn't know it and when bella found out that edward was a vampire she still loved him and its teenage love.And she dosen't have to date other guys if she dosen't want to.

I think it's normal for a teenager to have a relationship but for Bella it was on a whole different level. They belong together. What makes them happy but it's a little unheathly.
